Asking for clarification will never be seen as rude or disrespectful. Remember, no question is a dumb question!
All sales are final and non-refundable. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to place an animal on hold. If an animal is held for more than 7 days, a weekly holding fee of $20-$7 will apply, depending on the duration. If I determine the reptile will not have a suitable home, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and provide a full refund, no questions asked.
Live reptile arrival is guaranteed, provided there is no more than a 20% difference in weight or size from the last updated advertisement, if such information is listed in the ad.
I am not responsible for any loss of life due to weather events or natural disasters. Please ensure that you schedule your reptile’s arrival with weather conditions in mind.
If you choose to back out of a payment plan for an animal, no refund will be issued.**
“We accept payments via card or bank transfer through Square invoice, or in-person cash. A Square account is not required to make a purchase, as it functions as a simple register system.
When paying through Square, please ensure that the correct shipping address is on your account. If paying without an account, make sure to provide the correct shipping address on the payment form. We will ship to the address provided in the Square payment, and we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses. We are unable to ship to any address other than the one listed on your Square payment.
Guarantees Offered
All reptiles listed in my advertisement are guaranteed to be the sex specified, unless otherwise noted.
Live arrival is guaranteed only when temperatures during transit are between 35°F and 90°F. Temperature-sensitive reptiles, such as the Asian Water Monitor, Dragon Snake, and Crocodile Skink, are not covered under this guarantee. If extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) are present, we can hold your order until more favorable conditions arise. Please inform us of any adverse weather in your area (such as extreme heat, cold, snow, ice, or storms) when placing your order.
Any health issues or DOAs (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within two hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or store credit, provided the shipping selection is overnight (Monday-Wednesday) and the shipment is directed to your nearest FedEx ship center for pickup. Please note that photos and the return of the animal are required.
Shipments sent to an address that is not a FedEx ship center are not guaranteed for live arrival.**
Guarantee of sex – All reptiles are guaranteed to be accurately sexed unless stated otherwise. We recommend verifying the sex of your new reptile as soon as possible after delivery.
Any missexed animals must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery to be covered under our guarantee.
Due to limitations on MorphMarket, where I am only permitted to upload one photo and cannot disable the ‘Exact item is pictured’ option, the animal may not look exactly like the image shown. Please feel free to contact me for additional pictures or inquiries via my contact links or directly on MorphMarket.
HOLDS
I can hold a reptile for you with a 10% non-refundable deposit for up to 7 days. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be forfeited. However, if you choose to move forward with the sale, the deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel an order for any reason, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover time, shipping label cancellation costs, and other related expenses.
Please note, we cannot guarantee the temperament or tameness of any reptile.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
SHIPPING
We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight, with delivery typically by 10:30 AM, though it may arrive later in certain areas. A recipient must be available to accept the shipment on the first delivery attempt, regardless of the time. Failure to do so will void all guarantees.**
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LAWS AND OR PERMITS WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED FOR OWNERSHIP OF ANIMALS IN THEIR STATE OR COUNTY

Wholesale Minimum Order
The minimum purchase order to qualify for wholesale pricing is $250, excluding shipping costs. This minimum can be reached through a variety of available species. Please feel free to contact us for a complete wholesale list.
Our refund policy for wholesale orders is consistent with the store policy outlined above.
