I will drop off LIVE packages on Mondays-Wednesdays for NEXT DAY DELIVERY to your local FedEx facility. It is the safest option for our traveling pets♥. When you make a purchase of a live reptile we will follow up shortly to confirm a ship-date with you. Shipping should be $25-$75 if you get quoted higher by the website, dont be afraid to message us at any of our links info@reptileempress.com for a better quote. NON-LIVE product will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase.
Live Animal Return Policy
You can ask me about the reptile with any of my social links or on the morph market. Please, I encourage you to ask away if you do not understand something. I will be happy to help.
Some snakes are more prone to nose rubbing during shipping, for example Retics and Boas. If you notice a slight swelling on their face, bump of ambient temperature and let them rest for a week. It’s a trick that seems to help a lot with shipping nose rubs.
All LIVE ANIMAL sales are final. Non-refundable 10% deposit on holds and $7-20 weekly feeding fee if I must hold more than seven days. (Feeding fee varies on species of animal) If I back out of the sale because I believe you don’t have a suitable home for my reptile, you will get your complete refund with no hassle.
Live reptile arrival is guaranteed with no more than 20% weight and size difference from the last updated ad if specified in the ad. There is no LIVE reptile arrival on temperature-sensitive reptiles such as Asian Water Monitors and Crocodile Skinks. However, every reptile is packaged professionally with every safety procedure in action to ensure the best rate of live arrival. We have not had a dead on arrival.
We are not responsible for life loss during weather events or natural disasters, so please schedule your reptiles’ arrival with the weather in mind.
If you make payments on an animal and back out, there will not be a refund.
We accept many platforms of card payment or in-person cash.
You don’t need a PayPal account to purchase with PayPal.
FRAUD PREVENTATIVES:
When paying with PayPal, please be sure that the correct shipping address is on your account, or if paying without an account, that you provide the valid shipping address on the payment form.
We ship to the address on the Pay Pal payment and are not responsible if that is not the correct address.
We cannot ship to any address other than what is on your Pay Pal payment.
Fraudulent charge-backs will give you a ban from the website & will result in filing a police report.
GUARANTEES OFFERED:
All reptiles in my ad are guaranteed the sex I list unless there is no sex listed.
Live arrival is only guaranteed when temperatures on the route are between 35 and 90 degrees. If the temperatures are extremely hot or cold, we can hold your order until the weather improves. Please inform us of any adverse weather conditions in your area when placing your order. (extreme heat or cold, snow/ice, storms)
Any health issues or DOAs must be reported within two hours of delivery (by 10 am), and we will provide a replacement or store credit. (Photos and return of animal are required).
Guarantee of sex – All reptiles are guaranteed to be sexed correctly. Please sex your new reptile as soon as possible after delivery.
Missexed animals must be reported to us within three days of delivery to be covered under our guarantee.
HOLDS:
I can hold a reptile for you with a 10% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for up to 7 days. If you back out on the sale, you will be 100% refunded with no hassle. I do a payments plan which will be discussed over email and written into invoices.
ORDER CANCELATION:
If you cancel an order for any reason, there will be a 10% “restocking fee” to cover time, shipping label cancellation cost, reposting adds, etc.
We cannot guarantee the temperament or tameness of any reptile because a new face, scent, home, and shipping will alter the reptile’s behavior.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
SHIPPING:
We ship Fed Ex Priority Overnight. Delivery is usually by 10:30 am, but maybe later for some areas. Someone must be available to accept shipments on the first delivery attempt (no matter the delivery time) *or all guarantees are void.*
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LAWS AND OR PERMITS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR OWNERSHIP OF ANIMALS IN THEIR STATE OR COUNTY
So please look up your state laws.
Return Policy for Supplies
We have a two-day return policy on un-opened supplies. This does not include LIVE feeders. We offer refunds on un-opened dry goods with a 5% restocking fee of purchase price and additional $19.99 to ship the item back.
We cannot offer refunds on used or opened product.
If you decide not to pick up a package that is ready for pick up, you will pay a restocking fee of 5% and be charged $19.99 for shipping back.
